This policy explains how InfoMover Technologies, which operates workshopps.com, handles information about website visitors, people who enquire about our workshops, and workshop participants.

This policy applies when you visit workshopps.com, send us a workshop enquiry, contact us, or take part in a workshop we deliver, whether online or onsite.

  • Enquiry details: your name, work email, phone number, company, role, team size, preferred dates, location, the workshop and delivery mode you chose, and anything else you write in the request form.
  • Booking and billing details: the contact and billing information of the organisation that books a workshop, purchase orders, invoices and payment records.
  • Participant details: names, work emails and, where needed, attendance records for people who attend a workshop.
  • Workshop materials: code, notes and lab work participants create in shared workshop environments, and feedback forms they choose to complete.
  • Website analytics: if you accept optional cookies, Google Analytics data about pages visited and aggregate traffic.
  • Correspondence: emails and messages you send us.

3. How We Use Information

  • Respond to enquiries, prepare proposals and tailor a workshop to your team.
  • Schedule, deliver and support workshops, including setting up lab environments and sharing materials.

Workshop requests and waitlist sign-ups are collected through a form that opens on the course page. The details you submit are sent to us by email (using Amazon Web Services) and are not stored on this website. We use them only to reply to your request or to tell you when a workshop is scheduled.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choice. With your consent, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. Analytics cookies are not set if you reject them, and rejecting them does not limit your use of the site.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, booking and billing records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and workshop lab environments only for the period agreed with the booking organisation.
