1. About These Terms
These terms apply to your use of workshopps.com and to workshops booked with InfoMover Technologies. A signed proposal, order or agreement for a specific workshop takes priority over these terms where the two differ.
2. Using the Website
Course descriptions and outlines on this site describe what we typically deliver. They are not an offer that becomes binding when you submit an enquiry. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
3. Enquiries & Booking
- An enquiry through the site is a request for information, not a booking.
- A workshop is confirmed only when both sides agree a proposal or order covering dates, delivery mode, participant numbers, location and fees.
- We may adapt agendas to your team’s level and goals; material changes are agreed in writing before delivery.
4. Fees & Payment
- Fees are as stated in the agreed proposal or order and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- For onsite programs, reasonable travel, accommodation and venue costs are charged as agreed in advance.
- Invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may postpone delivery if payments are overdue.
5. Workshop Delivery
Online Instructor Led Workshop: delivered live over a video-conferencing platform. You are responsible for participants’ internet access, devices and any software or accounts needed for the labs, as set out in the pre-workshop setup notes.
Onsite Program for your Teams: delivered at your premises. You provide a suitable room, projector or screen, reliable internet, and access for the trainer.
Participants are expected to meet the prerequisites listed on each course page.
6. Changes & Cancellations
Rescheduling, cancellation and refunds are covered by our Cancellation Policy.
7. Course Materials & Intellectual Property
- Slides, handouts, lab guides, starter code and recordings remain our intellectual property.
- Participants may use the materials for their own learning and internal work within the booking organisation. They may not resell, republish or use them to deliver training to others.
- Code that participants write during labs belongs to them or their organisation.
- Sessions may not be recorded without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Tools & AI Services
Workshops use third-party AI models, cloud services and developer tools. Their availability, pricing and terms are set by their providers. Where labs need paid API keys or accounts, the booking organisation provides them unless otherwise agreed. Participants should not enter confidential or personal data into these services during labs.
9. Liability
Workshops are educational. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome from applying what is taught. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any workshop is limited to the fees paid for that workshop, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India, and to any dispute resolution process stated in an applicable order or agreement.
